  • HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
    Use our RING SIZE GUIDE to find the size that would fit you perfectly. 
  • WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T FIT?
    If your order doesn't fit, you can come by the Christa Reniers shop in Brussels, Belgium.
    If you can't visit the shop, you can send your order back for adjustment, but at your own expense.

  • WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
    All of the Christa Reniers jewellery is made out of sterling silver 925° or 18K gold.
    Handmade with the highest quality standards, each piece bears two hallmarks:
    one for Christa Reniers and one indicating the purity of the precious metal.
  • DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK?
    At the moment, Christa Reniers doesn't offer custom work.
  • ARE OLDER PIECES THAT AREN'T DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE STILL AVAILABLE?
    Yes, almost everything is still available. In that case you should visit the shop in Brussels, Belgium.

PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURN
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    - Paypal
    - Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
    - Bancontact (Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home’Pay, iDEAL)
    - EU Bank Transfer (SEPA): European customers can pay with EU Bank Transfer. After you finalized your order, you will get payment instructions with our Belgian bank account, the amount and the reference.
    The production process will only start when we have fully recieved your payment. This may take a few more days as banks need to complete the transfer.
  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
    You can choose between two options: pick up from the store or ship to your address.
    1.  National or international shipping: Your package will be shipped using Bpost. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been sent. 
    2. Pick up from the store: Please contact us if you prefer this shipping option.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Most jewels are in stock and can ship the next day! Some jewels, especially rings due to the many possible sizes, are custom made to order. This production process can take up to two weeks.
    The shipping time cannot be predicted in advance, as it may vary depending on destination. 
    Please understand that we have no control over delays caused by the shipping company.
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
    After receiving your package, you have 14 days to change your mind and ask for a refund or an adjustment.
    You can return the item(s) by post or you can come by the shop in Brussels.
    Before you return your item(s), please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.

  • WHAT ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, ETC. THAT I HAVE TO PAY?
    Unfortunately, duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

THE SHOP
  • WHERE IS YOUR PHYSICAL SHOP LOCATED?
    The jewellery shop is located at 'Oude Graanmarktstraat / Rue du Vieux Marché aux Grains 65, 1000 Brussels', where Christa Reniers will personally welcome you.
    This is a great opportunity to see and feel the collections up close. 
  • CAN I VISIT THE SHOP?
    The shop is open every Saturday from 12:00 until 18:00.
    If you would rather visit any other day, please contact us for an appointment.
  • DO YOU SELL GIFTCARDS?
    Yes, visit the shop in Brussels or contact us for more information.
