Belgium
We offer free standard shipping in Belgium with a tracking code so that you can follow your order.
 
Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Germany & Luxembourg
We offer free standard shipping with a tracking code for orders over €295.
A shipping fee of €16.40 applies for orders under €295.
 
Rest of Europe & USA
We offer free standard shipping with a tracking code for orders over €295. 
A shipping fee of €32.80 applies for orders under €295.
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Rest of the world
We offer free standard shipping with a tracking code for orders over €395. 
A shipping fee of €65.60 applies for orders under €395.
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

RETURNS

Returns
We offer a 14-days return policy. When 14 days have transpired since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you return your item(s), please contact us. We will then provide you with all the information you need. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
If an item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control, only a partial refund will be granted.
 
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us.
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please take into account that banks and credit card companies need some time to process a refund.

Additional costs
Shipping costs for returning your item are at your expense and are non-refundable. The original shipping costs will not be refunded either.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. You understand and agree that Christa Reniers is not liable for lost or damaged returned items caused by the shipping company.
